LOCAL DELIVERY

Grace and Grit Flowers currently offers local delivery 2/12-2/14 to Brooklyn, Queens and Manhattan for a fee depending on delivery area.

Orders must be received 24 hours in advance. Same-day delivery requests are on a case by case basis.

When filling out your delivery request during checkout, please ensure that your delivery location has a doorman, receptionist or recipient available to accept the arrangement(s), or that you or your recipient is available via telephone to verify the delivery time.

Pickup

Online order pickup is available at no charge. Pickup is available at our private studio located at:

95 Commercial St. Greenpoint, Brooklyn 11222

Please note that our studio is not open to the public. When your order is received we will reach out to coordinate a time. We give a 20 minute grace period for pick ups. Failure to show up on time may result in the forfeit of your order.

SHIPPING

Shipped items will be mailed out via UPS Ground within 1 week after order is placed. Please allow 5-10 days from shipped date for your order to arrive.

We can not guarantee delivery dates for shipped items. Not responsible for missing or damaged packages.

Return Policy

Returns are considered on a case by case basis. If your arrangement arrives damaged or in variation of what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours at brittany@graceandgritflowers.com.
